Biography
I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a double major in Computer Science + Linguistics and Brain & Cognitive Science. I am currently working at the Learning & Language Lab under Dr. Jon Willits, Attachment and Close-Relationships Lab with Dr. Chris Fraley, and Active Inference Institute under Dr. Daniel Friedman.

Personality and Behavioral Modeling
Research Description
I use active inference and deep learning to study and model human behavior. I create observation-based psychometrics to understand active inference in agents, which offers a new angle on personality from an ecological standpoint. Additionally, I use Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology with deep learning to further this research. The goal is to develop AI systems that can be applied in neuroscience and psychology, and to make AI systems more robust by integrating insights from neuroscience theories like active inference.
Education
I graduated from my Bachelors with a double major in Computer Science+Linguistics and Brain and Cognitive Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am continuing at UIUC in the Master of Science Psychological Science Program in the Learning Language Lab under Dr. Jon Willits with a Graduate Statistics Minor.
