Biography
I graduated from the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point in 2014 with a B.S. in American Politics and Foreign Area Studies (Europe). Since then, I have had the privilege to work with and lead soldiers all over the world. These opportunities have inspired a desire to understand human interaction and leadership, which I am currently exploring in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program in pursuit of a Masters in Psychological Studies. Following graduation, I will instruct ‘Introduction to Psychology’ at USMA.

Research Description
I am currently working with Dr. Daniel Newman to understand antecedents and outcomes of influence tactics across individual, dyadic, and group levels . More specifically, I am exploring the effects of dyadic relationships – how individuals interact one-on-one with others – to identify competence through consistency of leveraging leadership tactics to achieve a desired outcome.
